- Viewers who wish to request a refund must have made a pay-per-video purchase.
- A refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase.

- Reason for Refund: While providing a reason helps us improve our services, it is not mandatory for processing your refund.
Processing Your Refund
Upon verifying your refund eligibility, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's policies.
Non-refundable Circumstances
- Refunds are only applicable within the 48-hour window post-purchase. Beyond this period, the payment for the video becomes non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for videos that have been watched in part or in full.
